MemeFlow respects your privacy and collects only the minimum information required to operate creator publishing, Smart Link delivery, partner API integration, and legitimate engagement measurement.

When visitors open a MemeFlow Smart Link (/m/{slug} or /m/{slug}/view), MemeFlow records privacy-safe interaction events (such as page views, content views, and download/stream actions) using a pseudonymous browser token to prevent artificial traffic inflation and attribute creator earnings accurately. MemeFlow never claims access to private external messaging app data such as native WhatsApp Status view lists.

• Account Information: For registered creators and developers, we store your display name, email address, and profile settings required to manage your workspace and earnings ledger.
• Confidential Abuse Reporting: When a reader submits a content report, reporter contact details and network metadata are kept strictly confidential for moderation review and are never disclosed to the content creator.
• Your Privacy Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting memeflowsupport@gmail.com.

MemeFlow partners with Google AdSense to display clearly labeled advertisements on eligible public Sponsor Gate (/m/{slug}) and Content Viewer (/m/{slug}/view) pages so creators and partner platforms can monetize legitimate audience traffic while keeping content free for visitors.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to MemeFlow or other websites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to MemeFlow and/or other sites on the Internet.

• Managing Ad Personalization: Visitors may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://myadcenter.google.com) or https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
• Strict Separation of Content & Ad Eligibility: If an individual post does not meet advertising suitability guidelines, advertisements are automatically disabled on that post page while the content itself remains accessible unless it violates platform safety rules.
• No Forced Ad Clicks: Visitors are never required to click an advertisement to continue to an article, play media, or download a file.

Creators and partner platforms retain ownership of the original content they submit to MemeFlow. MemeFlow never claims copyright ownership over creator-submitted articles, audio tracks, videos, images, or documents. By publishing on MemeFlow, creators grant MemeFlow a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content according to the selected publishing controls.

Verified creators and integrated partner platforms receive standard 80% of net Google AdSense revenue attributed to their Smart Links, while MemeFlow retains a 20% platform service fee (with integrated partner developers able to configure a negotiated share between 10% and 90% for their applications). Earnings depend on legitimate human traffic and active advertiser demand; MemeFlow never promises or guarantees fixed income per view or link open.

• Originality & Permission Requirement: You may only publish content that you created yourself or have explicit legal permission to publish and monetize.
• Browser-Local Temporary Partner Content: Ephemeral content delivered through the Partner API (/api/v1/posts/temporary) is delivered directly to the visitor's browser for session viewing and streaming and is purged upon visitor exit without using permanent MemeFlow Storage, unless a signed-in user chooses to save a permanent copy to their creator account.
• External News Distribution: Only complete, editorially approved articles with confirmed distribution rights are eligible for outbound RSS 2.0, Atom, JSON Feed, or partner news syndication.

Active defenses against automated bots, click-farms, credential stuffing, scraping, and policy circumvention.

To protect creators, readers, advertisers, and platform infrastructure, MemeFlow enforces multi-layered security and anti-bot protections across authentication (/auth), password recovery (/reset-password), Sponsor Gate pages (/m/{slug}), Content Viewer pages (/m/{slug}/view), and REST API endpoints (/api/v1/*).

Automated bots, headless browsers, click-farms, credential-stuffing scripts, and malicious payload injections are automatically detected and blocked from accessing account authentication, inflating engagement counters, or generating invalid ad traffic.

• Prohibited Technical Abuse: Automated account creation, brute-force sign-in attempts, artificial click/impression generation, open-redirect manipulation, and uploading malware, phishing links, or deceptive media are strictly prohibited.
• Rate Limiting & Lockouts: Repeated failed authentication attempts or rapid automated requests trigger immediate rate-limit cooldowns and security blocks.
• Zero Automatic External Redirects: Invalid, expired, or removed Smart Links always render a safe MemeFlow-controlled unavailable page and never redirect visitors to untrusted external URLs.

MemeFlow strictly prohibits illegal content, copyright infringement, sexually explicit material, hate speech, harassment, dangerous or harmful activities, deceptive/manipulated media, and spam.

Every public post page includes a 'Report this content' button allowing readers to flag copyright concerns, misinformation, spam, or harmful material for moderator review. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal, Smart Link deactivation, and external feed retraction.
